Ashley Keveza, BASc, Pn1

I'm Ash, and I love food. Especially pancakes. On Sunday morning. 

I'm from the Toronto-ish area.

I'm the friend who wants to hear all of the dirty details about your ‘diet’; what you're working on, what you're interested in trying and then checking in to see how it went for you. So, I decided to become a nutrition coach, makes sense, right?
I'm so excited.

I'm also a wife, mama to a free-spirited 2-year-old, shift worker and cross-fitter. It's busy around here, and I know that it's busy for you too.

For years I struggled to balance out my love of food, my desire for proper nutrition, and really, to look and feel better. BUT, I've put in the work, and I've got it figured out. I said hello to healthy weight gain during pregnancy, good-bye to said weight gain while caring for my newborn baby, and then found the balance that I needed to re-build my strength, energy, and performance afterward.

It was while on this journey that I completed my coaching studies and certification in Exercise Nutrition through Precision Nutrition.

After receiving my certification I jumped RIGHT IN. I put things into place on the business end and immediately started taking clients. Since June of 2018 I have had the good fortune to coach clients with goals on all ends of the spectrum — from fat loss to improving their race times. It’s been so rewarding and I am eternally grateful for their trust.

I look forward to using my knowledge and personal experience to help you reach your goals. Together, we can get you there - and eat a doughnut (or two) along the way. If you're ready to put in the work, I'm ready to start working with you.
